Service Friendliness
The automation platform features a high level of serviceability with easily accessible maintenance interfaces and well thought-out installation routes that simplify every maintenance and repair task. Two separate control cabinets ensure clear separation of the functional areas and guarantee more safety during service work.
Scalable User Interface
The lean, scalable HMI with a user-friendly touch display in 10" or 15" enables highly intuitive operation. Whether the door is open or closed, the control panel is always freely accessible. Together with XENIOS®, the powerful combination of classic machine control and master computer, you have full control over your production.
Variable Cell Base
The variable cell system offers scalable dimensions in steps of 200 mm and enables flexible process configurations. In addition, the cell base has an adjustable ground clearance of up to 150 mm to adapt to different transport systems.
Improved Cell Design
The structure consists of a stable frame constriction. All doors are framed and have an acrylic or polycarbonate glass pane. Each door is equipped with integrated safety locks that are cleverly integrated into the upper frame. This ensures that there are no restrictions in the process area. The frame construction is so robust that it can be used as a rack for process equipment.
Additional Storage Modules
The cell housing provides versatile add-on modules for efficient storage of house control units, test equipment, change parts and even robot control cabinets.
Integration of these additional components is possible in both the lower and upper frames.
